By using our site, placing an order, or submitting a waitlist form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Orders & Payment

All orders are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Orders are confirmed once payment is processed.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. Flat-rate shipping is $4.99 per order. Orders of $89.99 or more ship free. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom color orders are final sale. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Product Disclaimer

IronClan Rack Adapter Blocks are designed as fitment adapters only. They are not load-bearing structural components and should not be used to support weight beyond their intended purpose of bridging gaps between rack uprights and attachments. IronClan is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, modification, or use beyond the product's intended function.

Waitlist & Prelaunch

Waitlist submission indicates interest only and does not guarantee product availability, beta access, delivery timelines, or pricing. Product plans, features, and release dates may change.

General

All site content is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronClan provides the site and products "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
